摘　　要：为了适应智能电网的发展,针对新一代数字式故障录波装置,设计了一种符合IEC61850标准的智能电子装置(intelligent electronic device,IED)配置工具,并将其应用到新一代数字式故障录波装置中。介绍了变电站配置描述语言(substation configuration language,SCL)和IED配置工具的作用和功能,依据软件工程设计模式和配置工具使用的实际需求,采用Model-View-Contro(lMVC)的软件架构模式对配置工具进行系统架构。详细介绍了该配置工具的特点和该配置工具研究和实现的原理和过程。In order to adapt to the development of smart grid,an IED configuration tool is developed for the digital fault recorder and analyzer according to the specification of IEC61850.This paper introduces the function of the substation configuration language（SCL）and the intelligent electronic device（IED）configuration tool.According to the design mode of software engineering and customer requirements,the system structure of the IED configuration tool is designed by Model-View-Control（MVC）mode.The paper also introduces in detail the characteristics of this configuration tool,and its theory and research process.
