摘　　要：从参加历史研究、档案编纂原则、为历史研究服务以及提高档案工作者知识素养四个方面,全面详细地分析总结了曾三同志在长期档案工作实践中形成的一系列档案编纂思想。The author analyses the archival compilation thoughts of Zeng San who was one of the pio-neers of the Chinese archives development,which illustrates four aspects.That is archives’ participating in the history research,principles of archives compilation,serving the history research and enlarging archivists’ knowledge.
