企业档案管理社会化问题初探

摘　　要：企业出于节约成本、提高档案管理水平的目的,将全部或者部分档案管理工作交由社会上提供档案专业服务的组织和个人来完成,使企业档案管理社会化的特征日趋显著,其具体形式表现为企业档案业务外包。要实现企业档案管理社会化良性发展,各类企业的需求、档案中介组织提供的服务、档案行政管理部门规范的管理三者缺一不可。In pursuit of saving cost and upgrading the archive management level,Enterprises give all or part of their archive management affairs to those social organizations or individuals who provide the pro-fessional services concerned.This exhibits a characteristic of ＂Socialization of Archive Management＂ whose concrete pattern is outsourcing services.To ensure a sound progress in socialization of enterprise archive management,the enterprises’ demands,services from intermediary agencies and the standardized manage-ment of archival administrative department are three things can not be dispensed with.
