摘 要:针对传统螺杆泵宏观控制图存在的将合理的井判别为不合理井,参数偏大区在图中所占的份额过小,有可能造成落在该区的井过于密集的缺点等一系列问题,提出了宏观动态控制图的无量纲化,弥补了传统控制图的不足之处。通过计算机编程软件Visual Basic 6.0进行理论验证。计算结果表明,无量纲化后的宏观动态控制图采用无量纲流压判定螺杆泵井工况要比传统的方法更加准确合理。There are some problems in the traditional screw macro-control chart,such as making reasonable well to be identified as unreasonable,the area of relatively large parameters in the map sharing to small,which will cause a range of issues that the well falling in the area of relatively large parameters are too intensive.The macro dynamic dimensionless control chart is proposd,making up the shortcomings of traditional control chart.The theory is verified through computer programming software Visual Basic 6.0.The results show that the macro dynamic control chart after the dimensionless is more accurate and reasonable than the traditional one in determining the screw pump working conditions by dimensionless flowing pressure.
