经脐单孔针式腹腔镜胆囊切除56例

摘　　要：探索经脐单孔使用针式腹腔镜器械进行胆囊切除术的手术方法。回顾分析451医院自2010年2月至5月间56例经脐针式腹腔镜胆囊切除病例临床资料。其中54例使用针式腹腔镜经脐行单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除成功,2例转为常规腹腔镜胆囊切除术。平均手术时间:47.5min(24min～76min),平均术中出血量17mL(5mL～65mL),平均术后住院时间:3.7d(3d～5d)。术后随访2周～3月腹部无明显可视瘢痕。无一例发生手术并发症。说明经脐单孔针式腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全、可行,术后腹壁疤痕不明显,但操作较常规腹腔镜胆囊切除困难,可选择条件适合的患者施行。To explore the feasibility of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）in transumbilical single port approach with needle apparatus,the clinical data of 56 patients treated by single port LC with needle apparatus from February to May 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.54 cases were performed single port LC successfully,and 2 cases were changed to conventional LC.The mean operation time：47.5min（24 min～ 76min）,the mean blood loss was 17mL（5 mL～65mL）,the mean length of stay：3.7d（3 d～5d）.There weren＇t obviously visible abdomen wall scars in All 54 patients who were followed up from 2 weeks to 3 months.No operative complications occurred.It is conclused that transumbilical single port needle-Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible.The abdominal wall scar postoperative is not obvious.Yet the single port LC is more difficult than the conventional LC.This new method can be performed in the appropriate patients.
