黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎38例临床分析

摘　　要：为观察黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效,收集并回顾性分析武汉大学人民医院自2005年1月～2009年10月诊治的68例小儿病毒心肌炎患者,对照组30例采用单纯西医治疗,治疗组38例在单纯西医治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,并检测两组治疗前后血清中CK-MB、cTnI值的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为97.4%与对照组总有效率76.7%比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。一周后检测两组血清CK-MB和cTnI,均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。说明黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,并能够快速降低病毒性心肌炎患儿血清CK-MB、cTnI。To observe the therapeutic effect by Astragalus injection treat the pediatric viral myocarditis in 38 cases,to collect and analyze retrospectively pediatric viral myocarditis 68 cases from january 2005~october 2009,68 cases were separated into two groups：control group in which 30 cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine and treatment group in which 38 cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine and Astragalus injection,with 14 days in a course.Observe the therapeutic effect of two groups and detect the CK-MB and cTnI in serum before and after the treatment.Effective rate in treatment group is 97.4% and 76.7% in control group.It was a very significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The CK-MB and cTnI in serum after 7 days are decreased in both groups（P0.05）,and the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group（P0.05）.It is conclused that Astragalus injection treating the pediatric viral myocarditis has remarkable therapeutic effect.It can rapidly reduce the CK-MB and cTnI in serum.
