摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对诱导期血液透析患者的影响。方法对46例诱导期血液透析患者从心理指导、饮食指导、日常生活指导、血管通路的保护、透析后探视等方面实施健康教育。结果健康教育增加了患者进行血液透析的依从性,有助于患者尽快进入维持性血液透析。结论血液透析患者应早期进行健康教育。Objective To discuss the influence of health education on patients with hemodialysis at induction period.Methods 46 patients were educated from the following aspects：psychological guidance,daily life guidance, vascular access protection and interview after hemodialysis.Results Health education can improve the compliance of patients with hemodialysis and help them perfrom maintenance hemodialysis.Conclusion It＇s necessary for parients with hemodialysis to receive health education.
