摘　　要：以加工企业、代理商和超市组成的供应链为研究对象,研究了回购契约下短生命周期产品供应链的协调问题。首先针对供应链系统的全局协调,提出契约参数需要满足的必要条件;在此基础上,对契约参数的进一步约束实现了系统的完美协调;最后通过数值实验得出如下结论:三阶层供应链的回购契约下,上游企业给予下游企业的回购价格与批发价格成正比;上游企业的回购价格将影响系统完美协调的实现;在高风险市场,上游企业是实施该契约模型的积极倡导者。How to coordinate a three-level supply chain for a Short-Life-Cycle product including a processing enterprise,a agent and a supermarket is studied. Firstly,the contract parameters was designed that they can meet the channel coordination; then,the perfect condition was achieved by setting the contract parameters; lastly,by the numerical experiment it is concluded that the repurchase price the upstream firm give is in direct rate to the whole-sale prices; the repurchase price decides whether or not the system can achieve the perfect coordination; under the high risks. The upstream firms become the active initiators to covenant the buy back contract.
