摘　　要：针对铝壳电机容易产生噪声的结构特点,通过电机生产工艺的调整和改进,重点采用偏心度控制、加均压线、三相平衡等新工艺对铝壳电机的噪声进行治理。经试验检测证明有效降低了铝壳电机噪声。According to the specialty of the aluminum housing electromotor,the types of noise preduced easily was expatiated.Through adjust technics and structure,the machine noise was abated.The noise was dealt with by partiality control,adding equality voltage wire and the three phases balance control.After the production and test,the noise is abated effectively.
