摘　　要：本文应用刘永清建立的频率等价法与非整数中立型线性离散系统的比较原理［２］，给出了非整数滞后中立型线性定常离散控制大系统的镇定，可由无滞后的线性定常离散系统的镇定所蕴含．Using a frequency equivalence method and a comparison principle of neutral type linear discrete large scale systems with non integral delays presented by Liu Yongqing, we obtain that the stabilization of linear constant discrete control systems with non delays implies the stabilization of neutral type linear time invariant discrete control large scale systems with non integral delays.
