摘　　要：本文从2000年问题的历史原因着手，详细论述了世纪之交计算机系统主要面临的问题，并依照世纪适应性准则，给出了具体的技术解决方案和测试内容。FOr the history reason of Year2000 problem, this paper describes the main problems of Computer Systems should face at the end of this century. According to the Century Compliance Principle, the technical solution and the detailed test contents are displayed.
