摘 要:目的:探讨手术等候期间对患者家属实施人文关怀的有效措施。方法:将择期手术患者家属随机分为试验组和对照组各60例;试验组术日给予心理和信息支持及健康教育措施。监测两组术前、术中和术毕的心率、血压变化及焦虑程度。结果:两组各项观察指标差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:手术等候期间对患者家属实施人文关怀,能稳定家属的血压和心率,减轻其焦虑情绪,提高护理服务满意度。Objective: To toplore effective measures that embody humane care patients relatives during waiting time operation. Method: 120 cases selective operation patients relation were divided into two groups randomly according their hospitalized number sodd even mantissa,including test group control group, test groups members were provided psychology supportment, information supportment, health education operation day, two groupsweremonitored about HR, blood pressure anxiety degree preoperation, intraoperation postoperation. Results: The two groups index were prominent different significenty. Conclusion:Humane care measures patients relatives during waiting time operation could stabilize patients relations blood pressure, HR ease anxiety, and improve satisfaction nursing service.
