摘　　要：介绍了逆向物流产生的背景、涵义及特点,分析了逆向物流的战略价值及逆向物流管理的重要性,阐述了逆向物流的发展趋势。With the growing awareness of environmental protection and the intensified efforts about the environmental protection laws, the economic value of reverse logistics gradually revealed. Many domestic and foreign famous enterprises have to reverse lo- gistics strategy as strengthening its competitive advantage, increasing the satisfaction and value of customers and improving the performance of the whole supply chain. By analyzing the background, the meaning and characteristics of reverse logistics, I understand the reverse logistics strategic value and the importance of reverse logistics management. And further to discuss the effective management of reverse logistics, on this basis, this paper expounds the development trend of reverse logistics.
