摘　　要：恶性胸腔积液是由肺癌等恶性肿瘤侵犯胸膜或胸膜原发性肿瘤所致，是晚期恶性肿瘤的并发症，如不及时治疗，平均生存期仅有数月。如何进行有效的治疗对提高患者生活质量、延长生存期有重要意义。Malignant pleural effusion is caused by the pleural invasion of malignant tumors such as lung cancer, or by primary pleural tumors. It is a troublesome and debilitating complication of advanced malignancies, ff malignant pleural effusion is not treated in time, the average life span of these patients is only several months. An effective treatment can improve the quality of life and prolong the average life spans.
