火电厂经济运行系统开发与应用的研究

摘　　要：我国电力工业的现状表明，采用信息技术改造电力工业是振兴我国电力工业的必由之路。本文以元宝山火电厂为例，分析了该电厂存在的问题，根据该电厂的实际技术和经济条件，结合低成本ＣＩＭＳ的思想，提出了ＣＩＭＳ框架下经济运行子系统的总体结构及其计算机控制结构，并详细描述了系统的功能。The status of power industry in our country shows that adapting information techniques to reform the power industry is only way to vitalize it. This paper selects Yuanbaoshan Power Plant as an example, analyzes the problems exist in it. According to the condition of the power plant and combining with the idea of low cost CIMS, we presents the structure of the economic operation system based on the framework of CIMS, The corresponding computer structure and the function of the system are also given.
