清热活血方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热活血方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效及停药3个月后的复发率。方法:选取120例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分为治疗组(清热活血方)60例和对照组(妇乐颗粒冲剂)60例,分别连续治疗3个月,观察治疗前后患者症状、体征变化。结果:清热活血方对热瘀互结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效明确,停药后3个月内复发率低,优于对照组。Objective：To observe efficacy of the formula of heat-clearing and blood activation for treatment of sequel of pelvic inflammation,and recurrence rate after discontinuation of the formula for 3months.Methods：One hundred and twenty patients were randomized and treated with the investigational formula （n=60） and Fule Granule （n=60） respectively for 3 consecutive months. Syndrome and vital signs were observed.Results：Formula of heat-clearing and blood activation has definite clinical efficacy for sequel of pelvic inflammation,whose recurrence rate was significantly better than that of the control group.
