后危机时期加快推进社会组织参与社会建设的路径

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国社会组织建设取得了很大成绩,社会组织发展迅速,形成的"党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与"新格局使社会组织布局得到调整,结构不断优化,质量逐步提高,群众有序参与、有效覆盖城乡、门类齐全的社会组织体系基本形成。在后危机时期,要充分认识社会组织在我国构建和谐社会进程中的重要作用,研究制订我国社会组织发展规划,积极推进社会组织参与社会建设的能力,拓宽参与的广度,提升参与的深度。Since the reform and opening-up,our country has made great achievements in the development of social organizations. With the rapid development of social organizations,a new situation of ＂the CPC leadership,the government responsibility,social coordination,and public participation＂ has been formed,and a social organization system with better distribution,optimized structure,higher quality,orderly participation,effectively covering cities and the countryside and covering different sectors has been formed in the main. In the post-crisis period,we should sufficiently recognize the important function of social organizations in building the harmonious society of our country,make overall plan for developing social organizations,promote the abilities of social organizations to participate in social construction,expand the scope of participation,and increase the depth of participation.
