摘　　要：如何更好地制定和实施控制性详细规划,以促进城市健康、协调、可持续发展,是城市规划管理的核心工作。重庆主城区突出面向动态实施的控制性详细规划编制管理,探索分类、分区、分时、分级下的控制性详细规划编制及管理方法,并建立控制性详细规划实施进程跟踪及反馈机制,进一步强化控制性详细规划的"可控性"。The primary purpose of regulatory planning is to promote healthy, harmonious, and sustainable urban development. The regulatory plan for the central city area of Chongqing is an example of dynamic implementation. It addresses regulatory plan compilation and management from different categorical, regional, time, and level perspectives. A monitoring feedback system is established to improve the ＂controlling＂ effects of regulatory planning.
