摘　　要：弱势金融针对中小企业融资难提供了很好的应对办法,针对我国在弱势金融中存在的问题,进行了分析并指出建立完善与中小企业发展相匹配的弱势金融组织体系和建立中小企业信用制度才是实现弱势金融资产安全、中小企业发展的"双赢"目标。The weak finance offers the good methods according to the financing difficulty. And according to the problems in our weak finance, the article analyses and indicates that setting up perfect weak finance organization system which match with development of the small and medium-sized enterprises and establishing the credit system of the small and medium-sized enterprises, which can carry out the weak finance capital safety and win-win target of the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises .
