摘 要:通过对西藏农区不同年龄牛对饲草、粪中的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、半纤维素(Hemicellulose)三类纤维素的代谢差异情况分析,了解西藏牛的基本代谢状态。试验对西藏地区实地饲养农户的10头牛进行全饲料、全粪便法收集,采用滤袋法对三类纤维素含量进行测试,发现三类纤维素随着牛年龄的增长,消化率均表现为下降的趋势。经χ2检验,尽管年龄与纤维素消化率的差异不显著(P>0.05),但纤维素的消化率随年龄增长而下降的线性相关性较好(R>0.99),因此,对三类纤维素分别建立了GM(1,1)的灰色预测模型,此模型可应用于饲料配方和实际生产中。The different washing cellulose(NDF,ADF,Hemicellulose) metabolism of Tibet cattle at different ages were analyzed from fodder and manure to understand the state of main metabolism in Tibet agriculture region.These cellulose contents were tested with the method of filter pocked to 10 bovine's fodder and manure.The results showed that those cellulose contents were slightly decreased with age.Although results were not significant difference between bovine age and digestibility of cellulose by χ2 test(P0.05),there were good negative linear correlation(R0.99)between age and digestibility of cellulose.The grey predicting model GM(1,1) that could used for feed formulation and bovine production were established between cellulose digestibility and bovine's age.
