摘 要:以红富士苹果为试材,测定了不同时期摘袋处理对果实外观及内在品质指标的影响。结果表明,不同时期摘袋对果实色泽、光洁度、可溶性固形物含量、果实硬度、可溶性总糖含量、可滴定酸含量以及甜酸比均有影响,综合各项指标,鲁中南地区红富士苹果适宜的摘袋时期为采收前13 d(10月10日),此期内摘袋并适期采收,果实着色鲜艳,光洁度好,糖酸比高,耐贮运性好。Red Fuji apple was used to study the effects of different bag removal time on fruit quality.The results showed that the bag removal time could influence the color,cleaness,soluble solid content,hardness,total soluble sugar content,titratable acid content and sweet-sour ratio of fruit.The suitable bag removal time was on the 13th day before harvest(the 10th day in October).Removed bag and harvested at the appropriate time,the fruit would have the bright skin color,high cleanness index and sweet-sour ratio,and could bear the storage and transportation.
