摘 要:将微生物所需营养物质混入水泥中,然后附着于聚苯乙烯制备的轻质滤料表面制备营养滤料,可应用于微生物处理含铬废水,但由于水泥的碱性较强,而Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌的抗强碱性能力较差,从而导致挂膜困难,因此驯化一种抗强碱性Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌是试验的突破点。在前期试验基础上,继续驯化Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌,获得了在强碱性(pH值为10~11)条件下能顺利挂膜的cr(Ⅵ)还原菌,并能同时有效地处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水。In the experiment, microbial nutrients are required to mix with cement, and then attached to the surface of light filter made by polystyrene for preparation of nutrition filter. The nutrition filter here can be used in the microbial treatment of chromium - contai-a. ning wastewater. But because of strong alkaline of cement, it is difficult that Cr ( Ⅵ ) reducing bacteria with poor capacity of anti - alkali links to film. So domesticating an anti - alkaline Cr (Ⅵ ) - reducing bacteria is the point of penetration in this experiment. On the basis of previous experiments, continuing to domesticate Cr ( Ⅵ) - reducing bacteria, this experiment obtains the Cr ( Ⅵ ) - reducing bacteria that can successfully hang film under the conditions of strong alkaline (pH value in the 10 - 11 range), and can also effectively treat chromium - containing wastewater.
