摘　　要：根据工程自身特点和突破制度瓶颈的要求,从设计的角度出发,提出项目管理设计的思想。工程项目管理设计是根据工程特性需求和业主需求,为保证工程的成功完成,设计工程各个参与方的工作流程、工作范围、责任、权利和利益分配。工程项目管理设计包括项目的目标、核心理念、设计内容和理论基础4个部分。工程项目管理设计的目标就是追求项目的成功,核心理念就是工程思维、整体化思维、不断优化、权变性和寻求合作。项目管理设计的内容包括了从项目开始到运营阶段涉及的各项管理机制和制度的设计。从设计的视角重新审视工程项目,为项目管理理论的创新开创了一个新的视角。Based on the requests of characteristics of the engineering itself and breaking through the bottleneck of laws,from the design point of view,the idea of construction project management design is presented.Construction project management design is to design the scope and processes of works of the participants,responsibilities,rights and interests of the distribution. The content of construction project management design includes project objectives,the core concept,design content and theoretical basis.The goal of project management design is to pursuit of success of the project.The core concepts are engineering type of mind,integration mind,continuing to optimize,contingency theory of management,seeking cooperation.Project management design elements include mechanisms and systems involved in the design from project start to the operational phase of the management.Re-examine from the perspective of design,lays a foundation for innovative project management theory.
