三叉神经桥池段的断层解剖及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：为三叉神经桥池段的显微外科和影像学诊断提供解剖学依据。方法：利用头颅横断面、冠状面和矢状面连续断层标本３５套，观察和测量三叉神经桥池段的形态、大小及周围血管关系。结果：三叉神经桥池段由后向前逐渐增粗，形态由圆形和椭圆形变为扁椭圆形；神经根进入区（ＲＥＺ）的内上方有小脑上动脉行走，与ＲＥＺ相接触者占１１．４％，ＲＥＺ下方有小脑下前动脉行走，与ＲＥＺ相接触者占７．１％；三叉神经桥池段长１２．９±１．７ｍｍ。Objective:To provide anatomic data for microsurgery and imaging diagnosis of pontine cistem segment of trigeminal nerve.Methods:The shape, size and surrounding vessels were observed and measured on 35 sets of serial cross,coronal and sagittal sections of cadaver heads.Results:The pontine cistern segment of trigeminal nerve is 12.9±1.7 mm in length.It becomes wider and flatter gradually as it passes through the REZ(root entry zone) to the PEZ (porus entry zone).Superomedially to REZ,the superior cerebellar artery can be found,and 11.4% contacted with the REZ.The anteroinferior cerebellar artery located inferior to REZ, and 7.1% of them contacted with the REZ. Conclusions:It is helpful for imaging diagnosis and microsurgery to understand normal anatomy of the pontine cistern segment of trigeminal nerve.
