摘  要:针对五阳煤矿7802综放工作面回风端布置2道风帘的特点,采用三维网格测定法得出该工作面瓦斯浓度的三维空间分布:瓦斯浓度从工作面进风口到回风口逐渐增大,在风帘上风侧,浓度在0.12%~0.26%变化,变化幅度较小;在风帘下风侧的回风隅角附近,瓦斯浓度在5m范围内由0.3%升高到1%。因此,利用风帘引风升压技术,不仅可以增大回风上隅角的风流强度,使该区域积聚的高浓度瓦斯被较强的风流有效稀释、带走,并且能有效地阻止采空区高浓度瓦斯流入工作面。结合工作面配风量,采用单元法计算得出7802综放工作面主要瓦斯涌出源的比例:煤壁瓦斯涌出量占38.7%,采落煤瓦斯涌出量占31.5%,采空区瓦斯涌出量占29.8%。In the case that two air curtains were arranged at the air-return end of 7802 fully mechanized coal face in Wuyang Mine,the 3-D distribution law of gas concentration in this face was obtained by using 3-D grid measuring method:the gas concentration gradually increased from the air-intake end to the air-return end of the working face,the variation range of gas concentration on the upstream side of the curtain is smaller,only about 0.12%~0.26%,but the gas concentration increased from 0.3% to 1% with 5m range near the return-air corner angle on the downstream side of the curtain. Therefore,the use of guiding and boostering technique of air curtain can not only increase the return-air intensity at the upper corner angle of the face and effectively dilute and take away the high-concentration gas by strong air current,but also effectively prevent high-concentration gas in the gob flowing into the working face. The proportion of main gas emission sources in 7802 fully mechanized coal face was calculated according to the air supply amount to the face and by using the element method:the gas emission from coal wall accounted for 38.7% ,the gas emission from coal mining accounted for 31.5% and that from gob accounted for 29.8%.
