旋前复位法治疗桡骨头骨折的解剖学基础

摘　　要：目的：证实桡骨头骨折旋前复位石膏固定的可行性，为临床提供依据。方法：作者解剖观察了７例成人上肢标本，依据解剖学观察结果，用旋前复位石膏固定法治疗了３３例桡骨头骨折。结果：其中２６例患者获较为理想的复位。解剖学研究证实，前臂屈曲位旋前时桡骨外移、肱二头肌松弛，肱桡关节间隙增大，均利于复位。结论：经临床应用和解剖学研究证实。Objective: To prove the feasiblities of pronatingly manual reduction and plaster fixation for fracture of radial head and to furnish basis for clinical application. Methods: After 7 adult forearm specimens were dissected and observed, 33 cases of the fracture of radial heads were treated with pronatingly manual reduction and plaster fixation. Results:The reductions were excellent in 26 cases.According to the anatomical study, the radius moved laterally, the biceps brachii muscle relaxed, the space between radial head and capitulum of humerus became larger, and it was easy for reduction when the forearm was flexed and pronated:Conclusions:Clinical and anatomical studies proved that the pronatingly manual reduction was an effective method to raise the execllent cure rate of fracture of radial head.
