摘  要:目的:通过干燥寰枢椎骨标本的应用解剖测量,设计了具有旋转功能的人工寰枢关节,并进行了初步的摹拟手术。方法:在87例寰枢椎骨标本上测量寰椎前弓、侧块、枢椎齿突、椎体的有关数据,据此设计组合式仿生人工关节,有3具防腐标本上进行摹拟人工关节置换术。结果:寰椎侧块间距为15.8±1.5mm,内缘高度为9.9±1.4mm,齿状突可看作10.6mm×10.3mm×14.3mm的圆柱体。人工关节由寰椎部件和枢椎部件构成,摹拟手术中无椎动脉损伤和假体压迫延髓。结论:人工寰枢关节设计总结自87例骨标本,具有旋转功能。The lateral mass,anterior arch,dens and vertebral body of atlas were measured on 87 dry atlas specimens.An artificial atlanto axial joint was designed accoridng to these data and simulated operation replacing the prosthesis was undertaken on 3 formalin preserved cadavers.The distance between lateral mass of atlas was 15.8±1.5 mm.Its height of internal margin was 9.9±1.4 mm.The dens of atlas could be considered as a cylinder of 10.6 mm×10.3 mm×14.3 mm.The prosthesis was composed of atlas part and axis part.Neither the vertebral artery or medullary oblongata was injured.Meanwhile the prosthesis was capable of rotation.This study suggested that the new designed prosthesis of atlanto axial join could be used for patient suffering from compression of medullary oblongata and resection of dens was required.
