摘 要:建立了一种测定丁草胺的高效液相色谱方法,选用反相C18柱,215nm检测波长,乙腈的水溶液为流动相,40℃柱温条件下,丁草胺的保留时间为5.0min;检测线性范围为0.0629~31.4336mg/L;在空白石油醚中添加0.0982、0.1965、0.7858、1.9646、11.7876、23.5752mg/L浓度的丁草胺标准样,平均回收率为95.97%~104.79%,变异系数为0.02%~4.35%,可满足快速、准确、方便的测定环境样品中丁草胺的要求。A reversed phase High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) method for determinating butachlor was developed. The sample was separated on Symmetry C18 reverse-phase column 150 mm plus 3.9 mm, the ratio of acetonitrile and water was 72:28 as mobile phase and column temperature was 40℃ . It was detected at 215 nm by Waters 2487 detector. The retention time (RT) of butachlor was 5.0 minutes. The calibration curves, using an external standard method, demonstrated good linearity throughout the concentration range from 0.0629 mg/L to 31.4336 mg/L (R2 =1.000). The average recoveries were between 95.97% ~104.79% . The coefficient of variance (C.V) range from 0.02% to 4.35% . The results confirmed that the proposed method was accuate, rapid and reproducible, and could be applied to monitoring of butachlor in environmental samples.
