摘  要:以枳橙砧纽荷尔、晚棱和卡拉卡拉脐橙为试材,研究叶片解剖特征与气体交换参数的相关性。结果表明:纽荷尔脐橙叶片CO2和水分利用率最高,卡拉卡拉脐橙次之,晚棱脐橙最低;叶片CO2同化速率和水分利用率与叶片厚度、角质厚度极显著正相关,与栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度显著正相关,与气孔密度极显著负相关。认为,高温环境下,高光效和水分利用率的脐橙品种具有较厚的叶片、角质层和较低的气孔密度。Three navel orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck) cultivars,Newhall,Lane's Late and Cara Cara,grafted on Carrizo citrange(Poncitrus trifoliate(L.) Raf.× C.sinensis(L.) Osbeck,Carrizo Citrange),were studied on the relationship between leaf anatomy and gas exchange parameters.The results showed that the net assimilation of CO2(ACO2) and the water use efficiency(WUE) were the highest in leaves of Newhall,and followed,in order,by Cara Cara and Lane's Late.ACO2 and WUE of navel orange leaves were in significantly positive correlation with leaf thickness,cuticle thickness and the thickness of palisade tissue but in significantly negative correlation with stomatal density.The conclusion was that navel orange cultivars with high ACO2 and high WUE are characterized by thick leaves with lower stomatal density.
