摘　　要：为巩固在蒙疆地区的殖民统治,日本帝国主义操纵下的伪蒙疆政权制定了各种形式的规范性法律文件,涉及金融、货币、财政、税收、交通、劳动等经济社会生活的方方面面,成为日本帝国主义在蒙疆地区推行其殖民统治政策的工具。In order to consolidate the colonial rule in the Puppet Mongolia Territory,the Puppet Mongolia Government manipulated by Japanese imperialism formulated various forms of normative legal documents concerning banking,currency,finance,taxation,transportation,labor and other aspects of economic and social life and so on.The legal documents were the instruments to pursue Japanese imperialism policy of colonial rule in the Puppet Mongolia Territory.
