摘  要:目的探讨芎冰微乳对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法采用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血-再灌注模型及小鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭的脑缺血再灌注模型。观察芎冰微乳对脑组织含水量、大鼠脑梗死面积、脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(MDA)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)含量变化的影响。结果与模型组相比,芎冰微乳组脑组织含水量、梗死面积显著减小,脑组织中MDA、NO的含量显著降低,SOD的活性显著提高,上述作用与尼莫地平对照组相似。结论芎冰微乳对大鼠、小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与抑制NO合成,提高SOD的活性,减少脂质过氧化作用有关。Objective To study the protective effects of Xiongbing Microemulsion(XBME)on cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury and to investigate its mechanism.Methods Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion models were established on rats by the method of inserting nylon thread and on mice by clamping both common carotid arteries.The cerebral water content and cerebral infarction area after infarction were observed.The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO) in cerebral tissue were tested.Results Compared with the model group,the cerebral water content and the cerebral infarction area were remarkably reduced,levels of MDA and NO in cerebral tissue were markedly reduced,and the activities of cerebral SOD in was significantly elevated in XBMEtreated group,the above effect being similar to that in nimodipine group.Conclusion XBME has protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and its possible mechanism is related with the inhibition of NO production,increase of SOD activity and reduction of lipoperoxidation.
