摘　　要：目的建立测定妇洗康洗剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱条件:Eclipse XDB C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈∶水(55∶45)(每1000mL中含5.4g磷酸二氢钾和3.4g十二烷基硫酸钠),检测波长:345nm,柱温:室温。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.0588μg～0.3528μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。平均回收率为100.65%,RSD为1.58%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于妇洗康洗剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Compound Fuxikang Lotion.METHODS Chromatographic condition：Eclipse XDB C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,Mobile Phase：acetonitrile：water（55∶45）（Each 1000mL contains 5.4g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 3.4g sodium lauryl sulfate）,detection wavelength：345nm,column temperature：room temperature.RESULTS The range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.0588ug～0.3528ug where the sample sizes in good linear relationship with peak areas（r=0.9997）.The average recovery reached 100.65%,RSD at 1.58%.CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate,thus can be applied to the determination of berberine in Compound Fuxikang Lotion.
