摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展和电子资源的快速普及,电子资源已成为科研院所文献资源建设的重点。在对农业科学院直属研究所电子资源使用情况做深入调查分析的基础上,深入细致地分析了电子资源建设中存在的主要问题,提出了院所电子资源"共建共享"等发展策略,以期提高国家农业图书馆电子资源保障水平和利用效率。With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid spread of electronic resources,electronic resources have become the focus of Literature Resources construction.the paperintensively analyzed the main problems existed in the electronic resources construction,based on the in-depth investigation on the use of electronic resources,proposed the ＂Construction and Sharing＂ strategies on electronic resources development to improve the level of e-document needs satisfaction in National Agricultural Library.
