摘　　要：介绍了机构知识库产生的背景,阐述了它的含义。论述了高校构建机构知识库的意义,强调了高校图书馆在机构知识库建设中的作用,指出高校图书馆应成为机构知识库构建的承担者,并结合我馆机构知识库建设的实践介绍了机构知识库的工作重点。This article introduces background of institutional repository,expounds meaning of institutional repository,discusses significance about Establishment of Institutional Repository,emphasizes university library＇s effect in establishment of institutional repository,points out University library must bear the establishment,introduces focal working points on the basis of practice in my library.
