摘　　要：就借阅工作中遇到的一些问题,分析了原因,探讨了解决的办法。图书借阅工作需要认真细致的精神,要不断的改进工作以适应读者的需求,以优质的服务为读者获取知识提供便利,为读者营造优良的学习环境。Some problems on book borrowing and returning in Library Circulation of China Agricultural University were analyzed and some methods were trialed forsolving the problems.Librarians at the book borrow and return desk need work carefully and efficiently forproviding nice and convenient environment to satisfy all the users’ demand.
