急性脑出血致异常J波的心电图及临床分析

摘　　要：目的通过研究急性脑出血出现异常J波者的心电图改变,进一步阐述J波的临床意义。方法回顾分析我院19例出现异常J波的急性脑出血者的心电图改变。结果 7例在住院期间发生室性心动过速-心室扑动-颤动,4例在住院后1w内死亡。结论异常J波与恶性室性心律失常密切相关,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the significance of J wave by studying the ECG changes in patients acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods ECG of 19 cases acute cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed.Results 7 patients had ventricular tachycardia-ventricular fibrillation and flutter during hospitalization;4 patients were dead within one week after hospitalization.Conclusion The abnormal J wave is close related to the malignant ventricular arrhythmias and has significant clinical value.
