摘　　要：目的对比平板运动试验(TET)与冠状动脉造影(CAG)的结果,探讨TET对冠心病的诊断价值。方法选择396例有胸闷、胸痛者,进行TET和CAG,对比两者结果,分析TET的敏感性和特异性。结果 396例中,TET阳性192例,其中CAG阳性158例,CAG阴性34例。TET阴性204例,其中CAG阴性156例,阳性48例。TET的敏感性为76.7%,特异性为82.1%,预测准确性为81.35%,假阳性率为17.9%,假阴性率为23.3%。双支、三支冠脉病变的TET敏感性为81%和95%均明显高于单支病变的63.5%。结论 TET诊断冠心病的敏感度和特异性较高,并可估测冠状动脉病变程度,且操作简单,是目前诊断冠心病较理想的非创性检查方法,适合临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate clinical significance of TET in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease by comparing the treadmill exercise test results with coronary angiography.Methods 396 patients with chest pain were involved in this study,TET and CAG,were performed respectively,their diagnostic results were compared to get the sensitivity and specificity by statistical analysis.Results ①The sensitivity,specificity,predicted sensitivity,false positive and false negative rate in the diagnosis of TET were 76.7%（158/206）,82.1（156/190）,81.35%,17.9（34/190）,and 23.3（48/206.②The sensitivity of TET in double and triple vessel disease is higher than that of single vessel disease.Conclusion TET have high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of coronary disease,and could assess severity of coronary artery lumen stenosis.TET is a simple and none-invasive method in the diagnosis of CAD which is suitable to be widely used in clinic.
