摘  要:建立无模拉拔多匝感应线圈加热的比功率分布函数解析模型;提出一种采用图形拟合并结合遗传反求算法确定加热比功率分布函数中待定函数的方法,以镍钛合金无模拉拔为例,确定了一定感应加热条件下,工件的感应加热比功率与感应加热电流、轴向相对位置和工件半径之间的关系;利用所建立的感应加热比功率分布函数,作为镍钛合金无模拉拔成形有限元模拟的热边界条件,计算获得了工件表面温度场,且计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,最大相对误差为7.4%。An analytical model of the induction heating specific power distribution function of dieless drawing was developed.A new method of graphic fitting combined with genetic inverse algorithm was put forward to obtain the undetermined functions in the specific power distribution function.The dieless drawing of NiTi alloy had been used to establish the relationship among the induction heating specific power,the induction heating current,axial position and the radius of workpiece.Furthermore,the surface temperature of workpiece was predicted applying the induction heating specific power distribution function as the heating boundary condition during dieless drawing of NiTi alloy.The calculation and experimental temperature fields have a good agreement,and the maximal relative error is about 7.4%.
