摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于给重复频率Marx发生器充电用的高压重复频率电源的驱动电路2SD315A的研究与应用。实验证明该驱动电路在大功率IGBT驱动器中具有较为理想的驱动及保护功能。In this paper, the study and application of a SCALE driver for high voltage IGBT used in the high voltage repetition-frequency power supply are introduced. Based on the design requirements, 2SD315A is chosen to solve the problems in driving high-power IGBT. Analysis and experiment results show that it has the ideal drive and protection functions for high power drivers
