摘 要:借助高速旋转试验台,研究了高速旋转条件下中心端面点火和侧向点火2种点火具的燃烧特性.结果表明,随着转速的提高,火焰面积增大,点火具燃烧时间减小,燃速加快.在转速为12 000 r/min的试验条件下,点火具内的点火药燃烧速度达到30 mm/s,是静态试验条件下的3倍以上;同时,点火药燃烧火焰在高速旋转条件下明显增大,其燃烧高度和宽度均比静态下多5~8 cm以上,燃烧强度更加猛烈.随着转速的增大,点火具烧蚀程度也愈加严重.Two kinds of igniters named center end burning igniter and side igniter were placed on the high speed rotation test stand to investigate the combustion characters under high-speed rotation condition.The results show that with the increase of rotational speed,the flame area enlarges,and the combustion time declines,and the burning rate increases.The burning rate reaches 30 mm/s while the rotation is 12 000 r/min,which is 3 times more than that under the static state.The flame area enlarges markedly,and both the height and the width of the flame are 5~8 cm more than those under the static state,and the combustion is fiercer.The ablation of the igniter is more severe with the increase of rotational speed.
