摘 要:为了研究底排点火具射流特性对底排药柱点火延迟的影响,基于一种两相流点火理论模型和一定的假设条件,针对某155 mm底排弹出膛口后的二次点火过程及点火射流特点,就底排点火具的两相射流点火过程进行了数值模拟.计算得到了点火软化和延迟时间,给出了底排药柱着火燃烧前的径向温度分布情况,分析了点火射流温度、固相颗粒直径、颗粒相浓度参数变化对点火软化时间和点火延迟时间的影响,研究结果对指导点火具和底排药柱的改进设计具有参考价值.To study ignition delay of base bleed propellant grain affected by ignition jet,aiming at the process and characteristics of re-ignition of a 155 mm base bleed projectile,the numerical simulation of two-phase flow ignition of base bleed igniter was conducted based on a kind of two-phase ignition model and some hypothesises.The soften time and delay time of ignition were obtained by numerical calculation.The radial temperature distribution of base bleed propellant grain was given before combustion.The changing cases of soften time and delay time of ignition were analyzed due to the changes of the temperature of ignition jet,volume concentration of particle phase and diameter of particle.The study results offer reference for improvement of igniter and base bleed propellant grain.
