基于模糊数学的竞争性投标报价决策模型研究

摘　　要：对于同一工程,不同报价的隶属度函数呈模糊正态分布。本文采用模糊指派确定了报价隶属度函数基本模型,根据投标报价的实际情况对隶属度函数进行了修正,确定了系数,分析了隶属度之间的关系。并根据投标报价期望的利润最大模型及招标项目各方面因素建立决策模型,有利于施工企业按照多方面因素选择优势报价区间。Regarding the identical project,the membership function of different quotation assumes the fuzzy normal distribution.This article used the fuzzy assignment to determine the fundamental model of the quotation＇s membership function,and carried on the revision to the membership function according to bidding and quotation＇s actual situation,determined the coefficients,analyzed characteristic values of the membership function,and established membership relations between markup and quoting membership.Decision making models were also established according to the model od the biggest expectation profit in bidding and various factors of the tender project,which is in favor of selecting advantage quotation sector according to various factors for construction companies.
