摘  要:通过对现有制浆设备的研究,借鉴先进的木浆卡米尔锅工作原理,结合试验证明麦草大液比置换蒸煮的可行性,依据麦草制浆快速热置换蒸煮理念,设计出适合麦草大液比蒸煮的蒸煮锅,并阐述了蒸煮的工作原理。蒸煮锅实现了快速热置换蒸煮工艺的条件,达到了节能、环保、高效的目的。The digester which is suitable for large liquor ratio cooking of wheat straw is designed according to the existing pulping equipment and the working principle of advanced Kamyr continuous digester. The design depends on the feasibility that the large liquor ratio of wheat straw could be adopted to displacement cooking and on the theory of rapid heat displacement cooking of wheat straw pulp. The principle of cooking was expounded in the paper. The designed digester achieved rapid heat displacement cooking. It also achieved the purpose of energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency.
