摘  要:针对弹丸侵彻多层硬目标时信号混叠带来的目标难以识别的问题,提出了机械滤波的方法,其原理是在压电传感器的前后两端加滤波垫以实现对信号的滤波。滤波材料的刚度与阻尼直接影响滤波截止频率的大小。通过弹丸冲击实验验证了理论分析的正确性与方法的可行性,证明了天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶与聚碳胺脂3种材料可以作为硬目标识别用滤波材料。Aim at the problem of signal aliasing which causes the difficulties on target recognition during the process of projectiles penetrating multi-layer hard targets,a method of mechanical filtering was proposed.The basic idea is that two filtering pads are fixed to the both ends of the piezoelectric accelerometer.The stiffness and damping of filtering materials will directly influence the filtering cutoff frequency.The projectile impact experiments on three filtering materials showed the correctness of the theoretical analysis and feasibility of mechanical filtering.Meanwhile,the experiments also showed that natural rubber,NBR and PC were ideal filtering materials for hard targets recognition mechanical filtering.
