摘　　要：目的：探讨雌二醇对豚鼠离体胆囊肌条收缩活动的影响。方法：将豚鼠胆囊制备成３ｍｍ×１０ｍｍ的平滑肌标本８条。用８个灌流肌槽同时记录肌条的自发收缩活动，以观察不同浓度雌二醇的影响。结果：雌二醇降低胆囊肌条的张力、减小收缩波平均振幅，并有一定的剂量效应关系，也减慢收缩频率。Objective:To investigate the action of estradiol on contractile activity of isolated guinea pigs′ gallbladder strips Methods: 8 gallbladder muscle strips (3mm×8mm) were prepared Motility of gallbladder strips were simultaneously recorded in 8 tissue chambers to test the effect of the estradiol Results:The experimental results indicated that the estradiol exhibited dose-dependent decreases of resting tension, mean contractile amplitude and contractile frequency of gallbladder strips Conclusion: The estradiol inhibited contractile activity of isolated guinea pigs′ gallbladder strips
