抖振反应谱理论在列车抖振分析中的应用

摘  要:以随机振动理论为基础,对Scanlan基于桥梁的颤抖振分析理论加以气动导纳函数修正应用于列车抖振分析中。提出了列车抖振反应谱理论与计算方法。水平风谱引用Simiu经验公式,竖向风谱引用Panofsky-McCormick竖向风谱经验公式,气动导纳函数选用Vickery的圆柱截面和棱柱截面的近似公式,计算出了车体和转向架的一阶升沉、横移和侧滚的抖振反应谱。结果表明:随风速增大,抖振反应增长迅猛,随风速线性增大,列车抖振反应呈指数增长,该结果符合动力学特征;转向架的抖振反应比车体的抖振反应大很多,无论是升沉、横移和侧滚均大出一个数量级以上。Based on the theory of random vibration,the bridge based Scanlan′s buffeting analysis theory was corrected with aerodynamic admittance functions and was applied to train buffeting analysis.The theory and algorithm of train buffeting response spectrum were presented.The empirical formula given by Simiu was adopted to calculate the horizontal wind spectrum and the empirical formula given by Panofsky-McCormick was adopted to calculate the vertical wind spectrum.The arithmetic mean obtained by the approximate formula of the cylindrical cross-section and prism cross-section proposed by Vickery was used to calculate the aerodynamic admittance functions.One order heave,the lateral and roll buffeting response spectrum for the train body and the bogie were worked out.Results show that the buffeting response increases greatly with the increase of the wind speed.Along with the linear increase of the wind speed,the buffeting response of the train increases exponentially.The result accords with the dynamics characteristics.The buffeting response of the bogie is much bigger than that of the train body,over an order of magnitude bigger in one order heave,the lateral and roll buffeting.
