摘 要:根据库存控制理论,研究计算机联锁系统维修备件库存的控制方法。对计算机联锁系统维修备件在按照备件占用资金比重进行ABC分类的基础上,再按照备件重要性进行综合分类,并运用模糊数学排定各类备件的重要性量化次序,从而将计算机联锁系统维修备件科学地划分为Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅴ类备件。对于这5类备件的库存控制分别采用对应的库存控制策略,可以在满足现场维修需求的前提下实现经济合理组织备件供应、压缩备件库存量和减少资金占用的目的。The stock control method for the maintenance spare parts of the computer interlocking system was studied on the basis of the stock control theories.The maintenance spare parts of the computer interlocking system was initially divided into A,B and C according to its capital proportion and then was comprehensively classified according to its significance.Through the fuzzy mathematics,all kinds of the spare parts were scientifically divided into 5 kinds,namely,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ according to the quantitative order of the significance.The corresponding stock control methods will be adopted for these 5 kinds of spare parts to realize the economical and reasonable spare parts provisioning with lesser stocks and capital occupation under the premise of satisfying the demand for on-site maintenance.
