摘　　要：以EndNote、NoteExpress为例,论文分析出参考文献管理软件的功能结构、特点及其不足,并在个人信息管理的背景下来讨论这类软件在构建个性化和可共享的个人信息环境中的功能,认为它们可以提高用户的信息利用和知识创造的效率,指出参考文献管理软件将会拓展其现有的文献管理功能,将会向网络化、高度共享、协作化和个性化方向发展发展。Taking EndNote and NoteExpress for example, this paper analyzes the functional structures, features and shortages of Reference Management Software. And the features of building a customized and sharable Personal Information Environment are discussed under the background of Personal Information Management. Reference Management Software helps users use information and create knowledge efficiently. And it will endtend functions in the felid of networking, hyper- communion, Collaboration and personalization.
