双季铵盐表面活性剂对涤纶、棉织物的匀染性

摘　　要：为了提高织物染色的匀染性能,选择合适的匀染剂,利用双季铵盐表面活性剂的特殊结构,研究了双季铵盐表面活性剂对涤纶、棉织物的匀染性能的提升作用,探讨了双季铵盐表面活性剂的结构、浓度等条件对织物匀染性能的影响.结果表明:当选择二溴化N,N′-二(十四烷基二甲基)-3-氧杂-1,5-戊二铵作为涤纶、棉织物的匀染剂时,匀染剂对织物的匀染性提升效果最好,并且当双季铵盐的使用浓度为15μmol/L时,织物染色的Sr(λ)值最小,此时染料上染织物有较好的匀染效果.The leveling agent of bis-quatermary ammonium salt with the special structure was chosen to improve the levelling property of the terylene fabric and cotton fabric.The effects of its structure,concentrations on leveling property for terylene fabric and cotton fabric were discussed.The results showed that the N,N′-bis（dimethyl tetradecyl）-3-oxa-1,5-penta diammonium bromide were used as leveling agent for terylene fabric and cotton fabric,had the best performance,when the concentration of the bis-quatermary ammonium was 15μmol/L.
