摘 要:本文对纹缟虾虎鱼受精卵和早期仔鱼发育与盐度的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明:受精卵在盐度0~40时均表现出沉性;受精卵孵化的适盐范围为5~40,最适盐度为20~35;仔鱼在盐度低于30时,主要分布于底层,活力较差,盐度高于30时,主要分布中上层,活力较好;仔鱼在盐度5~45和无投饵状态下,SAI值为2.93~15.66,其中在盐度30~35时,SAI值最大(14.43~15.66)。从不同盐度下仔鱼的分布状态及仔鱼的生存指数综台分析,纹缟虾虎鱼仔鱼培育的最适盐度范围为30~35。In this paper the effect of salinity on the development of fertilized eggs and early larvae of Tridentiger trigonocephalus was carried out.The results showed that the fertilized eggs were sinking in the sea water.The suitable salinity for hatching the fertilized eggs was 5~40,and the optimum salinity was 20~35.The larvae mainly stayed under midwater and were poor active in the sea water with a salinity below 30 while they stayed above midwater and were active in the sea water with a salinity above 30.The survival index(SAI)of the larvae without feeding was 2.93~15.66 with the salinity of 5-45.The SA1 was maximum in a salinity between 30 and 35(14.43~15.66).A analysis on the combination of the SAI and the distribution and activity of the larvae under different salinities indicated that the optimum salinity for the nursery of Tridentiger trigonocephalus larvae was between 30 and 35.
